Can you eat ice cream every single day and maintain 6-pack abs?
Most fitness “experts” would say you have to eat clean, load up on the veggies, and even cut out sugar.
Sound familiar?
“Carbs make you fat.”
“Sugar is bad for you.”
“No more desserts.”
Or the cliche, “You can’t have it both ways.”
This is what I’d call a scarcity mindset. A way of thinking that says you can one but not the other. And I HATE this kind of thinking.
While growing up, this was all around me…
You can’t be an athlete AND an academic. You can’t be rich AND be a good person. You can’t be successful AND still have fun.
And my favorite, you can’t have 6-pack abs AND eat desserts. Or in my case, cupcakes 🙂
But I don’t believe any of that B.S. anymore.
My background in computer science taught me to NEVER trust conventional wisdom or faulty logic.
Instead, I trust data. And experience.
Both the data and my life experiences prove you CAN have it both ways. Plus, doesn’t that just make life more fun and exciting?

Listen up, because I’m about to drop some heavy duty, prime, grade-A, grass-fed gold on you right now…
You see, WHAT you eat is less important than HOW MUCH you eat. I’m going to repeat that…

Now, I’m not going to sit here and B.S. telling you how it’s possible to eat ice cream, cookies, and cupcakes all day and get ripped like an underwear model.
It’s not.
But with the right workout strategy, eating plan, and a shift in psychology you’d be surprised what’s possible.
